HOW TO BECOME A USERTESTING TESTER?
To apply for UserTesting, you will need the following:
Be 18 years and older
You must have a PayPal account
You must have a microphone
You must have a Mac or Windows computer
Android or IOS mobile device to apply
Linux and Chromebooks are not supported.
You need to complete a short sample test and some basic information about yourself.
The country you live in, your age and your gender.
Once you have been accepted to UserTesting, you will start taking tests that you qualify for.
HOW MUCH DOES USERTESTING PAY?
UserTesting pays you according to the type of test you have completed.
PAYMENTS FOR WEBSITE TESTS.
For a standard 15 to 20 minute test on your desktop or mobile, you will be paid $10.
For a short 5 to 7 minute desktop or mobile test, you will be paid $4.
For live conversation tests, you will be paid:
$30 for thirty minutes
$60 for sixty minutes
$90 for ninety minutes
$120 for a hundred and twenty minutes.
Please note that if your test does not meet the UserTesting standards or a customer requests a refund, you may not receive payment for that test.

UserTesting payments are via PayPal.
Payments are sent to your PayPal account precisely seven days after your test has been completed.

HOW MANY TESTS WILL YOU RECIEVE?
UserTesting say that, on average most contributors take one or two tests per week.
You may not qualify for all tests. Tests are based on demographics, profile and background.
