REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR LIVELINES UK

Please make sure that you read and understand the terms and conditions before agreeing and signing the agreement.
Once your application form has been received, you will be contacted to arrange your automated telephone training.
Training will take around 30 minutes.
You will have two days to complete your training.
Training can be done at any time as the chatlines are open 24/7.
Remember that the training is not a test but an explanation of the rules and regulations. So log on and off and record your introduction message(s).
Livelines UK jobs aim to have all new operators start working within 1-3 working days of receiving your online application.
DESIGNATED SHIFT.
During your training, you will be asked if you can do a Designated Shift.
This shift will only be once a week. You can choose from one of the following allocated shifts:
Night shift 12-6 am
Split night shift 10 pm 1 am (twice a week)
Morning shift 6 am – 12pm
Weekend afternoon shift 12 pm – 6 pm
Every week there is an updated list of designated shifts available.
HOW MUCH CAN YOU EARN
An operator that uses their mobiles phones is paid 1p per minute less than operators who use their landline.
PAY RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Adult Chat Calls: 14p per minute of talk time.
Increases to 15p per minute if you log on for over:
Twenty hours per week, in week one and week two of the pay run.
Party chat calls all times pay 10p per minute of talk time
Receiving calls on your mobile phone (UK operators) if you receive calls on your mobile, your rate of pay is:
Reduced by 1p per minute as it is costly to divert calls to mobile phones.
You will be paid 13p per minute of talk time.
Adult Chat Calls = 14p per minute (of talk-time) – increases to 15p per minute if you log on for over.
Twenty hours per week, in week one and week 2 of the pay run.
Party chat calls*, all times = 10p per minute for your talk time.
Receiving calls on your mobile (UK Operators) – If you receive calls on your mobile, your rate of pay
is reduced by 1p per minute as it is costly to divert calls to mobiles.
You will be paid 13p per talk time.
