I remember when I was living in Bloemfontein. The local newspaper had a section about one of the hospitals looking for people to take part in medical research.
The medical research requirements are very strict; also, make sure you understand what you may be getting yourself into. There are definitely risks involved. So, if you are prepared to be part of medical studies and qualify, then it can be an out-of-a-box way for people to make some extra cash.
